Distinguished Carlson Lecture Series to feature an evening with Dr. Anthony Fauci
Infectious disease specialist Dr. Anthony Fauci will be the next speaker in the Distinguished Carlson Lecture Series, a forum that brings world-renowned speakers to Minnesota to spark conversations that contribute to the intellectual life of the greater Twin Cities community.
The Humphrey School of Public Affairs has presented the Distinguished Carlson Lecture Series for nearly four decades. With support from Carlson and the Carlson Family Foundation, the forum is dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the most important policy issues of the day. It embodies the Foundation’s commitment to fostering diverse perspectives and meaningful dialogue on critical issues.
Dr. Fauci will discuss his 50-year career in medicine and public service. His lecture will be followed by a Q&A with Cathy Wurzer, journalist and host of “Morning Edition” and “Minnesota Now”on MPR News.
