Carlson Family Foundation Releases 2025 Annual Report: Meeting the Moment
The Carlson Family Foundation has released its 2025 Annual Report, Meeting the Moment, highlighting a year shaped by partnership, shared leadership, and an unwavering commitment to young people.
Throughout 2025, the Foundation worked alongside grantee partners, youth, and community leaders to respond to emerging challenges while remaining grounded in its long-term mission of creating opportunity, hope, and a sense of belonging for every young person. The report illustrates how lasting impact comes through trusting relationships, continuous learning, and the courage to adapt when communities need it most.
This year’s report features stories from a few of our partners that are helping young people discover their leadership, strengthening families, preventing youth exploitation, preserving culture through the arts, building cross-sector leadership, and placing young people at the center of philanthropy through Youth Participatory Grantmaking. Together, these stories demonstrate how community partnerships are creating lasting change across Minnesota.
The report also shares a snapshot of the Foundation’s work in 2025, including more than $12 million in grants supporting organizations across its funding priorities.
We are grateful to the organizations, young people, trustees, and community leaders who continue to shape this work with us.
We invite you to explore the report and learn more about the people, partnerships, and shared purpose that continue to guide our work.
